WTVI Drainage

When WTVI was added onto, the back of the building ended up sitting in a hole and the building would average flood 4 times a year when it rained hard.  A French Drain was designed with pervious concrete being placed on top of the wash stone.  The pervious concrete performed two functions, allow storm water to flow into the stone and keep the stone in place.  The drawings represent the cover sheet, existing conditions and the proposed work to be accomplished.  The project was successful; WTVI has not flooded since it was installed.
